Here, towering archaic symbols of power have been toppled, replaced with pillars of gender equity and justice. Nilayam Tattva has breathed life into a new type of fellowship, blending feminist tactics, advocacy, and camaraderie (Prajātī Sāṅgaṭhana - Ethnic Unity), which prioritizes the unheard voices of women, LGBTQ+ folks, and other underrepresented gender communities.
The community's landscape echoes with the vibrancy of diverse gender identities, thriving in the harmony of human potential. Its institutions, like Matrika Karyalaya (Women's Centers), Samabhav Mandir (Equality Centers), serve as living testaments to the town's commitment to uprooting patriarchal relics, and fostering gender diversity and fairness. By embracing the principles of intersectionality and solidarity, these institutions stand as active participants in the global development sphere, shaping a world free from gender bias.

WAY OF WORKING
Budget Allocation: Here, the financial plan is a common venture, known as Samuhik Budjet (Participatory Budgeting). It steers resources towards gender justice initiatives, reserving a substantial portion for women-led organizations.
Agenda Setting: Agenda sculpting is a shared pursuit. By adhering to gender justice principles, women and marginalized communities lay the groundwork for their justice initiatives, forming the Vichar Path (Thought Roadmap).
Project Management: The management process, or Prakalpa Prabandhan, is transparent and inclusive, prioritizing community input and ownership. Evaluations of project triumphs hinge on the experiences and feedback of women and marginalized communities, ensuring everyone's voice is heard in the winds of change.
In Nilayam Tattva, the mantra is Hissaedari (Accountability). Folks are bound by their responsibility towards each other and the pillars of feminist and gender justice. Equitability and dismantling deep-rooted patriarchy is the objective, achieved through a 'Restorative Justice' approach that mends and strengthens the bonds between individuals.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Nilayam Tattva seeks Sahayogis (Partners) committed to supporting the fabric of gender justice initiatives, investing in education, awareness expansion, and the uplifting of women-led actions and organizations.The community creates a kinship circle known as the Dhvani Kathan (Sound Stories). Here, folks gather, sharing narratives and experiences, knitting them into the tapestry of gender justice.
PARTNERSHIPS
The 'Yesterra' (Past Earth) tool allows them to perceive the enduring effects of their conservation endeavors by presenting how their ecosystem might have evolved without their interventions.
'Kartographia' (Mapping Together) lets the Selvalorians chart changes in local biodiversity, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and warn of impending ecological threats.
'Oikobenefica' (Home Benefits), a co-benefits calculator, helps gauge the social, economic, and environmental boons of their conservation work, including contributions to sustainable livelihoods and community robustness.
